At Large Member

Katie Beth is happy to return to singing and to serve as a board member, at-large.  Katie Beth comes to the Singers with an extensive theatre resume.  In Honolulu, Hawai’i, Katie Beth worked in numerous areas of the theatre, both on-stage and off.  Highlights include serving as assistant to the director and also as note-taker for notable directors from New York City as well as performing in musicals such as: Titanic, A Little Night Music (Anne), She Loves Me (Ilona), and The Wedding Singer (Julia, Hawai’i State Theatre Award for leading actress in a musical).  In 2009, Katie Beth took an extended hiatus while attending law school in Winston-Salem, NC.  Employment brought her to Washington, D.C., and she is happy to have found the Singers.  In addition to prior theatre involvement and education (Hawai’i Pacific University, New York University, and Wake Forest University), Katie Beth has experience operating several companies in Hawai’i (2005-2009) and worked as the assistant to the worship director for a large congregation, also in Hawai’i.  Since moving to the mainland, Katie Beth has focused on education, her employment, and watching productions. 2017 marks her return to theatre as Assistant to the Director for Anything Goes and a performing cast member (Ensemble and Judge) in Legally Blonde: The Musical (both at The Little Theatre of Alexandria).
