We may be able to accommodate purchased ticket exchanges via email at [email protected]gers.com until 12/3. If after 12/3 you are unable to attend the performance for which you purchased tickets, we encourage you to attend an alternative performance and we will make every effort to seat you on a "stand-by" basis. To best accommodate such situations, please be in the lobby no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled performance and advise our ticketing staff that you are requesting "stand-by" seating. If space is available 5 minutes prior to the performance, you will be seated. Please note that if you originally purchased Reserved tickets we cannot guarantee your seats in the reserved section for an alternative performance. Thank you for your cooperation!
