You have the opportunity to give a “shout out” in our upcoming show program! Every year we feature once titled personal ad, or shoutouts, in our programs that can be purchased for $1 / word. This can be a Singer's thank you to their patrons, a patron's congratulations or break a leg message to a Singer, or an inside joke between you and your friends… The sky’s the limit, let the creative juices flow! (Please keep all personal ads appropriate to the family atmosphere of our shows.)

A new way to submit ads is by using the form below. They will be emailed directly to our Ads Team and they will email you a confirmation of your preferred method of payment.

Shoutout Ads deadline is Friday Nov 15th at 11:59pm. 

Please complete the form below. All information is key so we can track all ads appropriately and print your ad correctly.

A couple notes on shoutout/personal ad content:

  • Text only ads. Emojis are not ideal, if we're able to include them - we will try, but it will depend on our design tools, font, and team and modifications may be made.
  • If you have ANY questions about word counts, limits, appropriateness, payment, etc. please contact us at the email above. We promise to be prompt with a response.
  • If you'd like to know more about purchasing a graphic program ad or an ad for a business, you can find our program ads form HERE.
If you'd like your ad signed please include a closing such as "Love, Kate" or "- Kate" otherwise we will assume the text, exactly as above, is all you'd like published.
Please provide your total word count (punctuation and spaces not relevant). We may reach out if we need clarification for pricing.
3% fee applies to credit card transactions. Checks should be made payable to The Alexandria Singers. Cash should be exact change.
